  • Nonstick pan releases rice and cleans easily; will saute food
  • Automatically switches to keep-warm when rice is cooked

  • 600 watts; 11 inches in diameter, 13 inches high (including steamer basket)
This combination rice cooker and steamer cooks up to 10 cups of dried rice or steams lots of vegetables or shellfish. For steaming, an 11-inch-diameter, 2-3/4-inch-deep steamer basket--transparent so cooking can be monitored--fits atop the cooker. The lid, which fits both the basket and the rice cooker, is glass. Because the removable cooking pan is nonstick it releases food and cleans easily. The pan can also be used to sauté food. An indicator inside the pan shows how much water to add (in cups and liters) for various amounts of rice. The cooker automatically switches to its keep-warm function when rice is cooked, and will keep rice (or other food) warm for up to four hours. The cooker/steamer produces 600 watts of power and measures 11 inches in diameter and 13 inches high (including the steamer basket). It carries a one-year warranty against defects and comes with a color recipe booklet. --Fred Brack Cooks up to 10 cups dried rice or steams lots of foodNonstick pan releases rice and cleans easily; will saute foodAutomatically switches to keep-warm when rice is cookedKeeps food warm up to four hours600 watts; 11 inches in diameter 13 inches high (including steamer basket)
